License to Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

- Location Data (foreground and background) – to verify reports, send validation notifications, improve accuracy, prevent fraud, and ensure fair rewards.
- Camera and microphone data – to allow you to capture and submit report evidence.
- Notifications – to inform you about validations, report updates, and rewards.Email and phone number (stored securely)

2. How We Use Your Data:
We use collected data solely to:
- Support the core functionality of the App
- Validate reports in real time
- Send you validation notifications and updates
- Improve incident accuracy and prevent fraudulent activity
- Provide rewards fairly to contributors
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties. Data may be shared only with trusted providers essential for App functionality.
Your Rights
- You may withdraw location, camera, or microphone permissions at any time via your device settings. Some features may not function properly without them
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us
- All data is encrypted and handled in compliance with GDPR and CCPA
SMS Communications and Consent
Report To Earn Inc. may use the mobile phone number you provide during account registration to send SMS messages related to account verification and signup.
SMS Opt-In
By entering your phone number, affirmatively accepting the SMS consent disclosure, and tapping “Sign Up,” you agree to receive SMS messages from Report To Earn Inc. for account verification and your one-time welcome message.
During the signup process, you will receive approximately 2 SMS messages:
A one-time password (OTP) or verification code used to verify your phone number and account.
A welcome/confirmation message after successful verification.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Acceptance of SMS communications is separate from your acceptance of Report To Earn Inc.’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Welcome / Confirmation Message
After successful OTP verification, Report To Earn Inc. may send the following confirmation message:
“Report To Earn: Welcome! Your account is verified. You’ll receive 2 messages for signup: this welcome message and your verification OTP. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help at contact@reporttoearn.com. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to an SMS message from Report To Earn Inc.
After an opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive applicable SMS communications unless you provide consent again through an available opt-in method.
Report To Earn Inc. does not currently use or advertise a START keyword or SMS-based keyword signup method as a method of initially obtaining consent. Initial consent is obtained through the signup consent process provided by Report To Earn Inc.

Carrier Charges and Availability
Message and data rates may apply. SMS delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability and policies. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Phone numbers and information collected in connection with SMS communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number for third-party marketing purposes.
Your SMS consent and your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy are handled as separate acknowledgements during signup.
Intellectual Property
All content within the App is owned by Report To Earn Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Disclaimer of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Report To Earn Inc. is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
Compliance with Delaware Laws
Report To Earn Inc. complies with Delaware’s social media and employment laws, ensuring no interference with users’ personal social media accounts as defined under § 709A of Delaware Code[6].
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
